Submit Grandma's, Aunt Betty's or your own property details. We will need your contact information and your property address in order to proceed to Step 2.
Step 2
We will take the information that you've submitted to analyze and then schedule a walk through of the property.
Step 3
Once the property has been analyzed we will provide you with a formal CASH purchase contract.
Step 4
Once terms are agreed upon and contract is fully executed, we will close at your earliest convenience. Keep in mind, during the closing process there will be no need for inspections or appraisals.
